BUTTONS NOT LOADING in ProFormell forum theme

Hi,

I only set up the Pro Formell version 3 forum on my site yesterday and though all appears to be working fine, I have noticed that the POST REPLY, NEW POST etc BUTTONS are not loading so it is only the text link that is visible which makes it a little difficult at first to navigate a new post or new reply.

Can anyone tell me how to get these images to load please ?

Also I would like to add some advertising space for banners in the footer, is this possible ?
