Fehler bei Ausführung der Install

Hi !
Habe soeben die 1.0.3 Version bei mir installiert und erhalte bei Aufruf der Install folgende Fehlermeldung :

Entschuldige bitte die Wartezeit, ich hatte leider die letzten Tage sehr wenig Zeit für das Forum.

Könntest du vll. mal die Zeile 396±5 Zeilen hier posten?
