2nd Logo/Link in Header

I would like to add a second picture that is a link to an external site (an add if you will) to the far right if the header.
I have tried following http://area51.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic ... 72&t=30385 but the instructions arent finished.
My style is Proformell
