View Active Topics - Thread/Post header

Wondering if you can help me out on this one. My users are finding it a bit of an inconvenience that the " View Active Topics " link is only displayed on the main page after login. I would like to have this menu show up on basically all pages so that when you are reading a thread, when you want to go back to Active Topics, you don't have to first return to the main page and then click the link.

Is this something you could help me with?
