Adding a to menu to proFormell theme

I hope to be in the right place!
First of all thank you for having this forum. I would like to add a top menu to my forum (I am using the proFormell theme). I also notice when I did the registration...it had a count down... is that for blocking spam etc...if so how can I get that done to mine. Thank you very much for your time.

If you want a top menu, you might find something over at phpbb.com. I personally don't know any menus, but I'm sure there are some.

It is not an anti-spam measurement, at least as far as I know, but it will make users read the TOS before registering.
